CANCELLATION POLICY

POLICY DETAILS

We have a 48 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel, you must do so by 4 PM 48 hours or 2 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel past the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus taxes and fees.

All Non-Refundable and Same-Day reservation are subject to all applicable charges and fees.

Individal or Group Reservations of 3 to 6 rooms are subject to a 14 day cancellation period and Reservations of 7 or more rooms are subject to a 28 day cancellation period. If you cancel past the expiration of the cancellation period or you fail to show up, a charge will be levied on your credit card for your entire groups stay. If you wish to cancel or change your group reservation, please contact the motel as soon as possible. 

Please double check that the location of your reservation is at the correct Wigwam Motel! We will not refund or cancel without a penalty, any reservations after our cancellation period due to reservations being made at the wrong location. If anyone in a guest's party smokes or vapes in the guest room, or any non-designated smoking areas, the guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge the credit card the amount to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning a guest room. All pets must be declared upon check in, if pets are found to be in room without declaration, a cleaning charge will be levied upon your credit card. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit pre-authorization but does not accept cash deposits.
